Safe Management of Medical Gas Cylinders & Equipment
Duration 1 hour 30 minutes
A shortened version of the above, this course is designed for those who have a less frequent or more specific involvement with cylinders. This course is particulary suited to hospital and community nursing staff, GP and dental nurses, homecare workers etc.
This course is designed for personnel who have an involvement with medical gas pipeline systems and is based on the training requirements of Health Technical Memorandum 02-01 Part B: Operational Management. Aimed particularly at staff who are nominated Designated Persons, the course covers the level of training required in these areas.

Management of Oxygen / Nitrous Oxide Gas Mixture
Duration 1 hour 30 minutes
This is a course specifically for staff who are involved with oxygen / nitrous oxide gas mixture, often referred to by its trade name or as "gas and air".
Designed to cater for the needs of nurses, midwives and A & E staff in particular, it deals with administration of the gas in addition to the safety features relating to handling of cylinders and equipment.

Management of Medical Oxygen Cylinders & Equipment
Duration 1 hour 30 minutes
Specifically designed for staff whose involvement is purely with oxygen and no other gases.

safe working practice
Refresher Course
Duration 1 hour approximately
This course is designed for personnel who have previously attended MGT training courses and who wish to remain abreast of current events.
Refresher courses are normally conducted after a minimum of two years.
The course provides the opportunity review current procedures and provides delegates wth additional "hands on" experience.
